No. You pay a one-time build fee, then prepaid message credits as your bot handles conversations. Credits never expire and there's no monthly lock-in.
How does the bot learn my business?
You send us your website, help docs, and any PDFs. We train the bot on that content so its answers are accurate, on-brand, and sourced.
How do I add it to my site?
We give you a single embed snippet. Paste it into your site — or any platform that allows custom HTML — and the bot goes live.
How long until it's live?
Most bots are trained, tested, and embedded within 3–5 business days of receiving your content.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely through our payment provider.

Digital services
Unyx Bot provides AI chatbot build, training, hosting, and prepaid message credits. All deliverables are digital — there is no physical shipment. Access details and embed snippets are provided by email once a build is complete.
Build & license
Each build fee covers the configuration and training of one chatbot for the buyer's own website and business use. The buyer receives a non-exclusive license to deploy the delivered bot. Team and site licenses extend deployment to the number of bots and seats purchased.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not store full card details on our servers. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Refunds
Builds are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, contact support@unyxbot.com with your order details. Prepaid message credits are refundable for any unused balance within 30 days of purchase.
Acceptable use
Buyers agree not to use the service to send unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content, and not to resell or sublicense a delivered bot except as permitted by the applicable license. Message credits are for the buyer's own bots.
Updates & support
Reasonable maintenance and retraining support is provided by email during published business hours. Response times are prioritized for Pro, Team, and Site License customers.
Limitation of liability
Unyx Bot provides its services "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Privacy
Information submitted through our forms and at checkout is used solely to deliver and support your bot. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
